  • This is by far the worst Lowe's I have ever been in. I have shopped at this location numerous times due to its proximity to my home. Every trip to Lowe's gets worse. Just today, my wife and I were in there for an hour and a half looking at counter tops and light fixtures. We spent about 20 minutes in the counter department and saw no one at at all. There wasn't even anyone around when I looked for assistance. So, we migrated over to light fixtures where we spent the rest of our time, ultimately giving up and walking out due to no help and products not being where they were supposed to be. I will be making the extra drive and become a customer at Home Depot. This is an ongoing issue with this Lowe's location. I actually had the opportunity to work at Lowe's in college, and we never let a customer be in the store for more than 10 minutes without approaching them to make sure they were finding what they need.
