  • If I could zero stars I would. DO NOT EVER rent from this company. We broke the lease early on our home that we were renting. I had called the corporate number and spoke to someone on 1/23/2018 and was told that we did not owe any remaining dues and our move out date is listed as 1/31/2018 as that is when we moved out. They have now called me 20 days later saying the owner did not approve the move out date and that we owe half of rent and our move out date was 2/14/2018. Although, there was nothing in writing by the us or the owner they will not accept the recorded line that we were told we were not approved to move out at the end of the month. I had called on the 23rd to confirm this and would have gladly of paid remaining rent. Mind you I also have screenshots showing from 1/23- 2/12 that there was nothing to owe on the account but now as of 2/13 there is. We should have been told on 1/31 or before that we were not approved to move out.
