I scheduled a routine plumbing service call for Saturday, 2/20 between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. I received a call at 10:20 a.m. to say my service tech was on the way. I called at 12:15 p.m. and again was told he was on the way. I finally cancelled the service call at 1:30 p.m as the tech was still not here. Rescheduled for Monday, 3/21 between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. Received a call at 7:30 a.m. stating that the service tech was leaving the office and we were his first stop (awesome). At 10:30 a.m. we called the office and were put on hold - while on hold, we received an incoming call from the orangutan office informing us the service tech was called to an emergency and we would have to reschedule. I DON"T THINK SO - NOT impressed - finished trying with this company! .
