I tried not once, not twice but three times to make an appointment for service, Saturday morning, Monday morning & Tuesday. I was promised they would call me back two times and did not, and I had to leave a message the third time. All I wanted to do was get a tune up for my Ford Edge and the ones I spoke with seemed confused when I asked how much it would be. Unfortunately I live with only social security and that is why I needed to know before I went in. To both ladies who stated (one with attitude) they would look it up and call me back.......never mind. If you don't want business please say so up front and stop wasting your potential customers time.
