  • Really disappointed that I couldn't get a table for dinner tonight after I made a reservation for said table yesterday. I had friends in town and wanted to show this place off after having a great experience last time. For some reason my reservation was "not on the list" so the host informed me it would be an hour and 45 minute wait. Again, after I had made a reservation. We could not wait as we have a show at 9 pm. No help whatsoever, leaving me embarrassed and finding another restaurant at 7pm on a Sunday. Not how you treat your locals, guys. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner immediately after posting the review above. He invited me back in to try it again and I must tell you that everything was amazing from food to service. Evidently my original res slipped through the cracks; mistakes will happen but what's most important is what happens next and Cory and his staff more than exceeded my expectations. Tonight we had the tempura green beans, new beets and goat cheese, baked mac & cheese and the espresso rubbed NY-each dish stood on its own individually and all were outstanding. Our server Roman and the MOD were pleasant and attentive. We sat next to a couple from North Carolina whose Uber driver had recommended the restaurant and for good reason. An enthusiastic two thumbs up this time, we will be back!
