| - All the coffee beans here are organic. I was partially attracted to this cafe due to its claim that the coffee is organic, thanks to a street sign out front (which read "Bio Café Ici"). The decor is very simple. The chairs have cushions, so you won't ever be leaving with a sore butt. I love how the tables are wooden. Wooden tables make me want to work longer. What stood out for me more than the organic coffee was that each table came equipped with a jar filled with cream and milk packets, along with shakers of brown and white sugar. How convenient! You would never have to get up to add more sugar or cream/milk.
The barista was friendly. After an hour of light reading, he came by to refill my coffee. I've never seen this happen in cafes! It touched my heart (pun intended, haha). Ladies and gents, they're all about "la touche" here. Customer service is impeccable. He brought water, a napkin, and a spoon to my table without me having to ask. Just before I left, I put my cups on the counter, but he indicated that I didn't have to do that.
I'm surprised that I was the only customer that stayed inside to drink (and I was there for about two hours). When I was there, only two other customers came by but they had their drinks to-go. For such a clean, comfortable cafe, with a sociable barista (good-looking too), I expected more customers. Well, hopefully my review and introduction of this business to Yelp will give this cafe a boost in appeal.
