  • The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff was nice. We checked the restaurants and decided on the Alto ristorante e bar or the wine pairing (wine me dine me) at the SWB. Unfortunately the Alto was closed that evening and the SWB wasn't doing the wine me dine me meal that evening. We then decided to give the H2Oasis a try, but it was closed. We ate at the Center Stage Bar. The burger and fries were good, but the shrimp in my ceviche was rubbery. We did contemplate staying an additional evening to float in the pool and try the wine me dine me at the SWB. I went to the pool at 4 am to take pictures of the sunrise and to enjoy the pool before it got crowded. The place was a mess. There were old drinks everywhere and dirty towels on the lounge chairs and not a soul in sight. We did not stay a second night.
