  • DEVOID OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEWARE. This company unfortunately does not deserve A single star based on my experience, and by the looks of most of the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks so. I'm guessing they get most of there clients from the home warranty company which is how I got tangled up with them. Had I been handling my water heater replacement on my own, I would have checked out these views first I would not have given them my business. But unfortunately for me they were assigned the job from my home warranty company. I was stuck. They came to assess the job, but claimed they couldn't do the job until 2 days later as I needed to get the HOA of my building involved. They missed the first appointment they set up which was for thursday morning between 7am-1pm, I called thursday morning to confirm the appointment and make sure they had my credit card to charge for the uncovered fees which was approx. $500. Tiffany said her system was down. she took my payment info and the number of the person that was going to be opening up my condo for them and said when her machine comes up she will call me back. about 2pm I realized I hadn't heard anything yet and noticed my card had been charged for the additional fees I called to get an update to find out "I didn't have an appointment scheduled", 35 minutes later on the phone with a manager that never once said sorry for a misunderstanding or miscommunication or anything and actually raised his voice to me, I got no where but them saying they called the person that was opening the door for them to set the appointment. Um I'm the customer shouldn't you be calling me to set the appointment??? So it was set for the following day Friday 7-1, they get there and apparently can not find the outside water shut off and left. Again didn't call to tell me anything. UNBELIEVABLE! Needless to say I fired them and took care of the problem myself. I found the good guys, 24 hour plumber, they assessed, showed up, installed and went over and above all with in 12 hours of my initial call. THANK GOD THERE ARE DECENT PEOPLE STILL IN PLUMBING.
