  • San Tan Foot and Ankle, specifically Dr. Spencer Niemann, is terrific. My husband was literally hours away from having his right leg amputated to the knee due to a failed DuPuy ankle replacement. My husband's regular podiatrist, through an amazing series of coincidences, found and spoke with Dr. Niemann, who thought he could save my husband's leg by replacing the broken DuPuy replacement. Dr. Niemann was able to put together a surgical team and operated on my husband on a Sunday two days later. Dr. Niemann replaced the broken DuPuy ankle with a Wright ankle. After years of agony and several hospitalizations my husband now leads a full and active pain free life. Thank you Dr. Niemann from the bottom of my heart. You are a miracle worker, not to mention a great doctor and a really nice guy!!
