I purchased a new vehicle on 7/22 from Rohrich. In late August, I received a refund for online registration of $37.00. I called at the end of August to see why I had not received the registration as of yet. I spoke with a woman named Lou who was rude and abrupt. 6 weeks after purchase I still don't have a registration and I called again to determine when Rohrich had mailed it out only to be given a vague response staying that they were not sure of which county that I lived in?? In any event still no registration and no definitive answers. Worst customer service ever.
