  • No just straight out no I will never go to this branch again. Not only did the guy I worked with seem like he had no Idea what he was doing most of the employees were rude with the exception of one banker who helped me deposit my check. I was told I needed to switch over accounts because I'm no longer with my former employer and I was getting fined from not having direct deposit with them. Cool that's fine save me money right? Well the guy started setting up my information. Not only did we not do this at a desk we stood at the teller booth and he wanted me to say my ssn out loud with other people around and my current bank account # and address/full name. In this day and age. No thanks. He than had to come out and go to one of their Web Access computers in the lobby and get me to log in, than run back to the teller booth. Now I'm still dealing with the mess this man made of my account! He set me up with an instant card. Doesn't work but get this the old card from my old account does...wth? Did my money get transfered out of my old account to the new one? NOPE. I had to call wells Fargo and they said the money was "locked in" and the account isn't fully closed it could take up to 3 weeks...uhh No way! So I had to call the branch and they figured it out but seriously it was SUCH a huge hassle. And not to mention the company I'm with now banks with Wells Fargo, this branch is convenient and close. Needless to say we drive to the arrowhead branch on 75th and bell SO worth it!!! I've given this branch a couple tries and now I'm running for arrowhead everytime.
