  • As a longtime Civello Rosedale client, I gave Queen street a try. Mistake. I booked a spa package before a big event and let the salon know what my time constraints were. The mani-pedi crew were complaining about their customers and co-workers in plain view (and hearing - how distasteful) and started my appointments very late. hen I expressed concern about my time constraints, I was assured I'd be on time. Only to have my next appointment start even later. When the time came for the hair styling that was part of the package, I asked the stylist for a round brush style, she snottily stated that that was too complicated and all I would get was a blowout. By that time I was fed up and very late. I gave the makeup application a miss and rushed home to change. This location is not worthy of either the Aveda or Civello branding. Avoid.
