  • If I could rate this company a zero I would. I live in a HOA managed condo community which recently hired this company to save money over a company we had previously been using. Forget ever getting a call back. I don't think anyone actually works here. Nobody has ever answered the phone once when I've called- voicemails unreturned. Unprepared, unprofessional, disorganized. I am writing this after ending a call with the emergency line operator who actually raised her voice and got an attitude with me. POS company. Totally worthless. Avoid avoid avoid.
