So after 5 days of back and forth with Artemano they don't know where are chairs are. So I took time off work and went down to the showroom so I could literally pick up 4 different chairs (not the 5 we originally ordered) to ensure we'll have chairs for when our dining room table arrives.
But wait, there's more! Today AMJ (Artemano's incompetent delivery service and warehouse) decided to call us to tell us that our order is on it's way but they don't have all the pieces. So we are getting only a part of our order even after 4 confirmation calls by both Artemano and AMJ.
So after paying for delivery, having to drive back to the showroom to literally pick up part of our order (which wasn't even what we paid for) and multiple confirmations Artemano and AMJ still don't know where our products are. This is a joke...
