  • I've had clothes sitting around for a while that I kept meaning to bring in, I finally got around to doing it and decided to come to this location although it wasn't the closest but they had far better reviews. The plan was to just bring in my clothes to sell and maybe leave with a few new things. When I got there a friendly employee had me fill out a paper and explained the buying process, she then proceeded to tell me about a sale they were having. 10% the entire store and 90% off any red tag items you could fit into a shopping bag. SCORE! I shopped around while they sorted through my things and found a few things I liked. I was able to fit 3 pairs of name brand jeans and a few shirts. When I checked out I believe the guy that helped me was the manager (I forgot to get his name) he was very friendly and I told him the reason I came to this particular location was because it was highly rated compared to the others. They ended up giving me about $25 and after all the stuff I bought I walked away with about $11. How awesome is that?! Basically getting paid to shop! I thought the sale was so great I decided to stop by the Glendale location since I had to go to that side of town anyways. Not the same experience. I still had some thugs they didn't take so I decided to bring them in again. When I got to the counter it took a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. She then said nothing about the sale until I brought it up, even then she barely gave me any details. I shopped around and there selection wasn't that great, and they seemed to be higher priced. They ended up only giving me $8 for a couple shirts. The location on cactus is by far the best and has the best selection. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because I don't understand why they didn't take more of my clothes. I found this on their racks that looked worn, stained, or had tiny holes, while I had things that were brand new with tags still attached?? Maybe it has to do with their stock.. Either way it was worth the trip and will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes out of my way to come to this location!
