  • I was nervous because I've never had any permanent make up done before. I got the groupon for upper and lower eye liner for Mothers Day. Nelly was very nice on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. I called her again the day of my appointment with a question and she was very nice again. Nelly was very patient with me during the procedure. She numbed the areas and frequently asked me how I was doing. She let me take breaks and sit up and offered me water. She listened to what I wanted. She is very good at what she does. I originally went for just eyeliner but had her fill in my eyebrows as well. She also explained to me what to do after as far as applying ice and neosporin and what to expect as my eyes heal. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. She's is very talented and experienced in what she does.
