  • Like other people said, get there early. It gets busy fast right when they open. They don't exactly walk you through the process, just quickly giving you forms to fill out and making you wait. They didn't go over/ double check with us what we filled out. This led to my pet not getting all the procedures done that I wanted to have done. The staff wasn't rude or anything, but just seemed overworked. Not sure if I would use them again, but they were the cheaper option compared to my regular vet.
