  • After going to the store on Cactus and being treated like a criminal, we came over to the Cave Creek store. We were promptly greeted by Annalisa, and treated like we were valued customers from the get-go. Not only did she help us fix our account information, get new services and explain everything in detail...she ended up getting us discounts that we didn't know that we qualified for! We got more and our bill went down. She was with us from start to finish with her positive attitude, a great sense of humor and amazing customer service. We will be back to this store with any needs, concerns or questions. Thanks Annalisa! You really made our day.
