  • If you want to shop at a place where you're treated like it's a privilege for you to shop there, go to Sears on Grand Canyon in Las Vegas. If the higher ups that care about their brand know how their retail staff treat customers, especially about 2 or more hours to close, and are OK with it, deserve to lose a lot more business than just mine.
