  • Originally had an appointment at a business across the street. Didn't realize Goodyear was directly across . Called the direct line and spoke with Jay. He mentioned to have our brakes serviced, we could bring it in w/ a wait time of 1-2 hours. Super friendly guy, conversed right from the start. Made us feel welcomed for sure. After running the diagnostics he gave us our options . We chose the recommended option and because of that, he gave us a $10.00 markdown which of course is always appreciated when you save . Overall, the wait time was not at all an inconvenience and the overall service was awesome. I'd highly recommend this location for your auto needs. Jay is the guy to see, then again . The other associates were just as friendly and attentive .
