  • The 2 ratings is for the front desk staff. Since first impressions are everything. I must say the front desk really did a great job of making a bad impression. Attitude and unprofessional. The receptionist says to we weren't you suppose to be here at 9 am to fill out paper work. I am thinking, hello to you too and who and the heck are you talking to like that? However, I kept my cool and took the paperwork from her and filled it out in with time to spare. I will say if you can't put a smile on your face and be polite you shouldn't work with the the public.
