My wife had taken are sons there to get haircuts. Upon entering the place I was told to sign them up on the list. After 15 minutes the guy who told me to sign the list apparently forgot there was a list. He took a customer, who came and signed up after me, before us.
Two of his colleagues recognized this and called him on it. He attempted to offer an explanation to me, not an apology. But it was weak and barely audible. The boys were seen by others as soon as they were free. The haircuts were nice.
I was telling my wife the story and she said the same guy, in the first chair with neck tattoos, did that to her too. So I guess that's how he operates all the time
