  • Excellent service. Our 18 year old AC/Heater unit went out in January 2016. Called Lee Collins, Pete came out and got our heater working. We discussed whether the unit was worth fixing a known problem or replacing. There was absolutely no pressure to replace, I brought up the subject. I called Ken to get a price, he gave us a choice of brands and price ranges, again no pressure. On the day our unit was installed Brian arrived on time, everything was done in less than 4 hours.
