  • I have been bringing my daughters here for an occasional special treat( per their request) since last year. Until today, I have never had a problem with customer service. I ordered custom mini cupcakes last week for my daughters birthday at her school that were supposed to be ready for her to take in tomorrow. When I went in to pick up my order today I was coldly helped. The girl behind the counter looked for my order of 2 dozen cupcakes and preceded to tell me that they don't do custom minis and all they had were Easter decorated mini cupcakes. I told her that I ordered the cupcakes a week ago and this was their fault. She got a huge attitude with me so I had to leave without my daughters special birthday treats. I have not been treated so badly with such poor customer service in a very long time and I could not believe I was being mistreated when this was their mistake. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back and I only did in the first place for my daughters. In fact, I always thought the cupcakes tasted very dry and, quite honestly, I've tasted better from the grocery store.
