  • I went here a few months ago to get my hair lavender/silver. Before I went I was going to do it myself, but only go to touch up my roots, the colorist insisted that she would color my hair better and told my dad to go and buy some lavender hair dye of a specific brand. I then went and showed the colorist what exactly I wanted. The colorist said ok and put bleach in my hair and left. She left me alone and went to the back room for what seemed to be forever, my scalp was burning badly and every so often she would come back to do a quick check on the color before noticing she missed some spots and dabbed more bleach on. I sat there for what seemed to be an hour with bleach on my roots. Then when she came back she told me she wouldn't be able to do lavender and that it would not stick and it would come out darker. She already opened the dyes so we wouldn't be able to return them so I just told her to go ahead. After it was all done it was all spotted and my hair somehow turned out grey everywhere except I had purple roots. I tried to wash out some of the roots and for weeks my hair would feel sticky like there was glue in it, and I wasn't able to brush out my hair. My long hair over the months turned choppy from me trying to brush it out, and it wouldn't brush like before. My hair has been damaged so badly that now it isn't as long as it was before. A week or two after the salon visit, my grey and lavender went back to platinum blonde completely, there's no trace that it was colored what so ever. I finally had to call up the store and ask for a refund, the lady's then wouldn't put me in contact with the owner because apparently they weren't allowed to do that. I finally got my refund a month later after weeks of calling them and insisting on talking to the owner, and they wouldn't put me in contact with him. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to.
