Update: they have hit bottom. Don't get it. They put up the effort and they fall flat. There are a plethora of great recipes that can be done on the cheap but they don't seem to bother.
The salad bar, fresh burgers and their chili soup are pretty good but the majority of their cooked dishes don't make average. I don't get it and apparently the chefs don't also. Their pizza is for the trash. The dough is no good and is oily. Their dessert choices are poor and have deteriorated over the years. One guy behind the counter couldn't even understand if something was sugar free when asked!(something critical for diabetics)!! Not even basic english skills! How do they get this job?
Also, I don't see the "love" when they say "we love locals". If they did, this buffet at least should have been way better.
