  • We were ready to list with another realtor when several friends strongly urged us to meet Kelly for a second opinion. We LOVED her personality and professionalism at our consult. We loved her marketing plan, ideas for staging and that we'd have a whole team to work with. Our listing went live on a Thursday, she held all showings until Saturday's open house and we had a full price offer Sunday night. (Woot!) She even took a last minute risk and raised the asking price from our initial consult, to attract buyers looking at new comps. It worked fabulously! Great communication from all team members throughout the entire process. Being our first home sale, they were so patient and helpful with our countless questions. They held our hand and walked us through. I can't rave about Kelly and her team enough. Our friends were right - Momentum Real Estate Group is the BEST! We can't wait to put them to work on the buy side when we move again.
