Terrible experience. Thought I would give this place a try as it is in a convenient location but it was terrible. There is no one in the place for good reason. Everything inside the place needs updating, the chairs are disgusting and looked dirty. The instruments came out of a sealed pack so I felt safe having my nails done but I will not be back. They do not exfoliate your feet for the pedicure they merely run a sponge over the bottoms. They do not allow you cuticles to soak or spend very much time on the detail.. I mean I was the only one in the place they could have tired to spend some time on my nails. Greater than 50% of the time was spent on massaging your calves.. I went there to get a pedicure not a massage... Maybe some people prefer that I don't know.
The gel manicure was so-so but she did not spend any time on my cuticles or allowing them time to moisturize before just clipping away. The gel started peeling that night and it was off in 3 days- not worth it.
The worst part was that it was $80... I usually pay $60 for a similar service by my house for mug better quality. I paid with my credit card and the lady asked me to tip her in cash. When I said I don't carry cash I would leave it on the card they started speaking to each other in their native language back and forth for over 5 min and kept looking at me making gestures. In the end they just added the total tip to the overall price and did not give me a receipt to sign to add in the tip - strange I'm not sure what they are doing there.
I will not be back and I will tell others not to go there. The city should look into this place.
