  • i had a terrible facial today with Chloe. She was rushing the entire time I couldnt relax. I can't tell you how many times she pitter pattered her fingers on my face. She did it so much throughout the session I felt as if she was bored or didn't know what else to do! She did that the majority of the time and barely let any of the products she put on (who knows what they were because she didn't say) and I felt as if she wiped them off right away. I think she let the steamer on my face for only 2 minutes at the beginning of the facial.. At the end she nearly ran out the door and didnt give me any advice or ask if I personally had any questions which I am ALWAYS asked after a facial elsewhere..very disappointed with my service today. By far the most disappointing and waste of money facial I've had. Won't be back and If so it will be with another person doing the facial.
