  • Charged us way more than other places would have if we hadn't just given in and bought the jewlery then, plus the platinum we bought (including the setting) somehow bent and the diamonds lost after maybe 5 weeks. They say it's virtually indestructible so my husband paid extra. It was all very clearly false. And then we have to wait weeks for it to be fixed?! Definitely not the standards we expect when we've spent thousands a year there. And the diamonds weren't even fully polished when we picked it up.
