  • I am being parsnickety. I know. So, there's the disclaimer. I absolutely was THRILLED with my wax experiences. I've actually been back a couple of times. KATIE is has been beyond exceptional at what she does. She's quick, consistent, and meticulous. I'm an avid and worldly waxee (or is it waxer!?) - point: she gets the job done as least painfully and clean as possible. In fact, I chose her initially because of a yelper's rec. So why the 3 stars? It's the company. Holy overkill on selling. If I told you no 5 times, please don't assault me with you "wax club" offer again. Here's the thing. A really great salon would rely on their employees to sell their services based on performance; not on harassment called "selling". The girls who book and then check you in have priorities to get you in and out and spend for the future. It's a nice thought if I was buying cupcakes - but my lady cupcake wants to come back when it's ready. Be like a traditional salon and have some tact and offer deals instead of a club. PS. Thanks for the $5 off you OFFERED to apply to my service when I booked but never gave me at check out.
