  • Very unhappy with his attitude. Brought in a pair of clear boots from Charlotte Olympia, brand new to have him help protecting the heels, he was not very careful of his craftsman ship and scratch the heels. I understand sometimes it happens but at least own his action instead of blaming that when I bought it the shoes, the manufacture did that. If it's a $900 per a pair of shoes, u don't think I check for small mistake before purchasing it? Cheap shoes, bring to him, expensive shoes don't bother.
