  • MASSIVE FAIL The name on the outside of the building is "Complete Cleaners." Sooo, which is it? Is it "Flair"? Why change the name? 6360 Simmons, NLV. I'd give them ZERO stars it that was an option! I took a damaged bedspread there 11 days ago, along with enough material (from the matching bedskirt that we don't use) to patch it. The "CSR" said it would be ready 19 April. I get there...they can't find it. Then, when they finally DO find it, it's "rejected." Why? Stupid answer: "We don't do alterations." Then why, I asked, after I brought it in and explained and showed her what I wanted, did the "CSR" accept it? "Oh, no one called you?" No one called me so I could pick it up and get it fixed elsewhere. This place is a disgrace. They are the worst. Polite and friendly don't cut it if they fail to do the job, and they failed rather stupendously. Unprofessional, definitely! Take your business elsewhere!
