rev:text	Absolutely NO star !!! Worst customer service ever !!! The manager guy doesn't speak English well, and so fucking rude as hell !!!!! I had a problem with one of the washing machines and went to talk to him at the front desk. He kept looking at the paper on the desk even though I said "Hi I need a help." He treated me as nobody like he couldn't see or hear me. Then he started asking my nationality ! Why the F*** does he need to know where I was from or what language I speak if I only need a help for a broken washer !!?? I said I am from this town and only speak English, then he looked like he got more pissed off !!?? He explained to me how to use a washer like I was a fucking baby in front of other people !!! Well he sure did embarrass his ass and showed other people how rude and nasty he is !!! He said, "Next time use other washing machine." Well probably he is too dumb to realize that about a half of the washing machines here are broken !!! I'm warning everyone now, if you want to be treated like a dumb shit by this rude Chinese ass hole, then you will love this dirty & ugly place !!!!!
