rev:text	WOW, to say that I was impressed with Larry's inspection services would be an understatement. This is our first home purchase and it was crucial to us to have a top of the line inspection so that there were no hidden secrets going into it. Larry has been in the business for many many years and does a TON of older homes in the Arcadia area {where we are buying}, so this gave us total peace of mind. The entire inspection took about 2 hours, then my realtor and I met him at the house to go over every detail. He is extremely friendly and made the process super easy and informative. He answered all of our questions and even allowed me to have my fiance on speaker phone when we went over everything since he was traveling for work and couldn't be there in person. I was overjoyed to hear that the home we're purchasing is in GREAT shape with a small laundry list of easy fixes. WHOO! This is not always the case for Arcadia remodels. Phew, I can breathe now and not be heartbroken! ;) Upon leaving, Larry gave us a gorgeous 3-ring binder with print-outs, photos, details, his 3 month warranty, 1 year termite warranty, and even a service that checks the warranties on your appliances and keeps track of them! How cool is that?! Yes you guys, he brings a suitcase with a real printer on site! :) He does the entire inspection with his iPad and documents ever little thing. He also emails a digital copy of the inspection as well. I would 100% recommend Larry and Arizona SUPERIOR {true!} Home Inspection! He is WORLD CLASS!
