Elite Appliance Repair rectified the situation. Steven and Tanner both came out the next day after the part arrived to put in my fridge. The owner Steven personally apologized for my inconvenience and understood my frustrations since his company was the 3rd one to come out and diagnose my fridge. He even mentioned how I may need a part down the road and was going to take the extra initiative to get it ordered to have on hand if needed. They truely went above and beyond to enhance my customer experience and making me a lifelong customer due to their dedication to make things right. I am very thankful that I can now go grocery shopping after 2 1/2 weeks! Thank you very much Steven and Tanner.
