I've gone to this vet for years with multiple animals and have never had as bad of an experience as I had recently. My dog was limping so I took her in on their first available appointment. As usual, the vet and the vet techs were great. They explained to me that to have my dog treated, they'd have to sedate her to get an X-ray. They gave me an estimate, asked me to sign off on it (which I did after reading and getting clarification on the charges). They also asked for a deposit, that they said would be refunded to my card when I paid the balance. Came back and picked my dog up, paid the remaining balance and again asked if I would receive the deposit back, and again I was told yes. After receiving my credit card statement and noticing it was never refunded, I call and got the WORST customer service I've ever had. I was screamed at and was told I would be sued for defamation if I put bad reviews because their office manager refused to refund the deposit on my card. I will NEVER use this vet again and make sure everyone knows how awful their pricing and office management is.
