  • Do NOT do business with The Lash Loft! I bought a Groupon deal for a "Full set of lashes" and when I left a message to get something scheduled (bc they have no receptionist), it took six days to finally get in touch with anyone there and then was told I had to book online because she was driving. Why call a client when you're driving? (This happened twice!) She only wanted me to book online bc you MUST give your CC info to hold your appointment so she can charge you full price if you're late or cancel within 24 hrs of your apmnt time. I was told the Groupon was actually NOT for a full set but only 40 lashes per eye (less than half of what a true full set is) because "that is what a full set is to a new lash tech." (Soooo false!) So when I went to cancel my Groupon purchase because of the lies and terrible customer service, it got worse!: I found they had already redeemed my Groupon!! What?! I never had anything booked let alone set foot in her establishment! There was ZERO reason to redeem it. Owner, Ayesha, gave me a bad excuse that it was in case I 'no-showed' for the appointment. Yes, for the appointment I hadn't even booked yet and didn't exist. Then she continued to lie when she called me back later and said she contacted Groupon herself to have them refund my money but alas when I called Groupon myself they informed me there was NO contact between the merchant herself and Groupon of any sort. This is a scam and the owner did nothing to correct the problem and was oddly okay knowing I'd be we writing bad reviews on as many sites as I can. Long story short, RUN!! She messed up in every way possible. I can't imagine what my lashes would actually look like if this is the way she does everything else in her business.
