  • My dog became very ill at night. I brought her here to their emergency room. We made the decision to euthanize her due to her age and the problem she had. The staff was so very kind and sensitive given the situation. I can't tell you how much empathy they showed and I appreciate it very very much. Now the only issue I had is with the business management decisions. I understand emergency services are expensive and I expected that. I did not expect to be charged $35 for a box to take her body home in. I think the business office should reconsider making profit in that way. The box was a plain white cardboard box. I don't know what else to say about that other than bring something from home with you if you think your pet might not make it.
