  • My wife took our son for a cleaning and exam. After starting the exam, the dental assistant pulled a mirror from a drawer, used it, and put it back in the drawer. Never changed gloves. Never indicated that anything had been or would be resanitized. Also, after checking in as our son's mother, the staff at the front desk called my wife 'sir', presumably because she has short hair. She otherwise does not present as masculine. I would not recommend any families go here, especially not LGBT families.
