  • the worst experience ever!! I came in for a high light and trim and the man doing my hair told me no on every color I ponted to and then finally said ok, and when all was finished he put in the color of his choosing!! it looks terrible!! when I saw the color he said to wait a week and wash it everyday to fade it out and I'll be happy, absolutely no color stayed in! when I called to make an appointment for the salon to fix it the man yelled at me on the phone and someone else will take care of it. when I came in and sat with the new stylist she was confrontational, demeaning, and a racist!! saying that I don't know what I am talking about. Then proceed to be rude to my friends. Yelling at all of us. The only person who was professional was the receptionist, who kept apologizing to us.
