  • DO NOT GO HERE! I expressed that I did not like my nails because the nail polish was thick and because the nail stylist rushed and did NOT pay attention to the edges of my nails. She explained that it was due to the glitter in the nail polish which is fine - but then instead of taking it off, she started filing furiously to try and smooth it out. As of now, my nails are terribly sore and damaged! She filed them down to the skin and they are sore and bleeding!!!!! Instead of getting upset at constructive criticism, how about ensuring the customer is happy? She told me it was because I am tired - seriously?! It's really unfortunate, because I have family that goes here on a regular basis! The only thing that saved this lady from my wrath is my mom being there with me - to purposely damage someone's nails because they express their dislike is absolutely ridiculous! Another gentlemen ended up taking the nail polish off for me, but considering I have a wedding to go to tomorrow, I'm not happy! I WILL NEVER GO HERE, EVER AGAIN! P.S. Aside from the aforementioned, the stations were dirty and unkept. If you MUST go here, only go to Lynn - no one else.
