| - Really bummed to have to write this review, after a few good visits to this office. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Rubenzik, whom I had seen before, and had waited in the exam room for nearly half an hour, after a decent wait in the waiting room. Had been seeing Dr. Kim, who is always prompt. Needed to schedule with Dr. Rubenzik this time, and was very specific when booking my appointment that I was worried about her running late. I was assured that I would have enough time (tight schedule for me).
I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and checked in, paid my co-pay. Ten minutes after my scheduled appointment, I asked at the front desk how far behind Dr. R was running. I was told that they were "just waiting for a room to open up" and Dr. R was finishing with her patient and that I was next. After waiting until about 20 minutes after my appointment time, I was taken to an exam room. Answered the assistant's questions and given a gown to change into. She left saying Dr. R "would be in in a few minutes". After 10 minutes or more of waiting, I heard Dr. R knock on the next door and heard her say to the patient "I'm sorry I'm so late". Okay, clearly I wasn't the next person to be seen.
After dealing with the not very capable front desk people, I left with a refund on my account, and not agreeable to rescheduling my appointment.
SUCH a disappointment, as Dr. Rubenzik is a fabulous dermatologist whom I would strongly recommend - the only reason why not giving 1 star.
