  • This is by far the WORST customer service I've ever received!!! I've been trying to clear up a billing error they made for two days. I've talked to 10 people and been given 7 numbers to correct the problem with no resolution. Hours of my time wasted on people who don't care about helping you or your business. I would recommend going anywhere but here for cable.
