  • First, Dr. Benson has always been wonderful and she is the main reason we have brought our dogs here for the last four years. But in recent months the service has been failing. We get a different vet with each visit (unless your schedule is extremely flexible) leading to varying opinions of care. And the administrative staff is lacking in competency and communication. Undisclosed fees, long wait times and poor attention to detail are all common practices for this office. They no longer value our business and so we will be going elsewhere.
