1) ordered custom sectional with ottoman
2) delivered wrong color ottoman, ripped throw pillow & 2 back cushions incorrect size
3) Dean, salesman offers $100 to keep incorrect ottoman, which we accept. Dean orders new pillow & cushions
4) Jasmine calls 11/15 saying order is in
5) I arrive 11/18 to pick up order, wait inside for 20 minutes while employees try to figure out if I should be there or go to the cashier... also waited for printer to be fixed
6) waited ONE HOUR outside at will call while everyone searched, but couldn't find order
7) Finally I receive the throw pillow
8) Eventually, Aaron shows up with a box containing back cushions.... wrong color
9) Aaron says he'll inform Dean and the manager and I'll get a phone call
10) I call Dean 11/24 to follow-up. He was never told anything by Aaron
11) Dean tells me to text him fabric and color name &I ask if there will be compensation for the hassle & wasted time & am told he doesn't know
12) Dean texts me to say items are still on order and he'll follow-up Monday. He says the manager has placed a $50 gift card in the mail
13) INFURIATED! After what we've gone through, they want us to come back in to spend more money in order to use a gift card? Seriously, how about a discount.... refund some of what we paid Unbelievably horrible customer service and looks like Ashley Furniture will be getting our business in the future
