  • I love Dunkin' Donuts, but the other day I ordered myself an iced caramel latte and it did not taste anything like caramel. I was disappointed because this was my second time at this location and had the same exact problem. Clearly, the baristas are not doing what they are supposed to be doing. Will try another DD location.
