  • I needed to find a good nail place in downtown so I decided to give Em a shot. A good nail spot is not easy to find in Toronto but I trusted yelpers reviews and Em did not disappoint. It's a very small spot located right next to Starbucks on the second floor. Yuko quickly greeted me with her lovely and sweet hospitality. They were a bit unorganized that day, I got relocated 3 times before I had my nails done. The pedicure section is a bit cramped and high but it's overall great. I had better pedicures done at other places in the past but I can't say this place is terrible. Jen (owner of Em) did my full set of bio gel. She's personable and friendly. Definitely knows what she's doing with her business. The entire manicure experience was enjoyable, she's very quick and I got my nails done in just less than an hour. I would definitely come back in the future since it's so conveniently located in the heart of downtown.. the price is not so bad either. I heard they will be relocating to a bigger spot across the street in a month so I can't wait to come back again :)! Overall: 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Location: 5/5 Cleanliness: 3/5
