  • The front desk woman, Nanci, is very rude. When I was checking out, the gentleman said I had no additional charges/incidentals. Then after I had returned home to Albuquerque the hotel charged my credit card $82. On the bright side, the atrium is nice and the breakfast is great - especially the waffles. Still, I expect excellent service from Hilton and this location falls far short.
