Stopped in for lunch. Salt & pepper eggplant for a shared app. The fried garlic on it and scallions were fabulous. Perfectly seasoned. Ordered the #14, rare steak pho. Really enjoyed it! The broth was delicate and flavorful. My sweetie ordered the ginger clams. The slices of ginger in the dish were a little over over powering and the clams had a little grit... only downside.
Service was fun and friendly. Very accommodating..I asked about the fish sauce at the table and she brought me a 'diluted' version... Tasted like it was mixed with rice wine vinegar. Delicious with the eggplant.
The bill was a little high for lunch... Compared to surrounding pho joints, but overall a good choice.
